Experience

• Currently responsible for review of daily trade activity and reconcilement of investement cash of the State's operating funds and calculation of monthly performance. 
• Former Trade Analyst Supervisor for seven years with the West Virginia Investment Management Board. Responsible for overseeing the settlement of all trade activity and reconcilement of all investment cash for the State's Pension and Operating Funds, including all fixed income and equity trading. Liaison between managers and custody on a daily basis. 
• Former Investment Officer for two years with the West Virginia Board of Investments and the West Virginia Trust Fund. Responsible for transacting in-house trading as advised by managers and providing all settlement information to brokers and custody. Traded operating cash in overnight funds on a daily basis. 
• Former banking professional for more than eight years with Charleston National Bank. Responsibilities began as a teller and advanced to the Electronic Services Representative and Trust Operations Supervisor. Responsible for marketing the VISA/Master Card program and other bank products to retail merchants and Key Centurian correspondant banks and merchants throughout West Virginia. 
• Eleven years investment operations experience, with ten years in public funds investment and nine years banking experience.
