• Former Internal Auditor with the West Virginia State Board of Investments responsible for auditing both the Consolidated and Pension Funds.
• Former Director of Accounting and Investments with the West Virginia State Board of Investments. Duties included overseeing investment performance, financial statements, Board presentations and daily operations.
• Former Coordinator of School Finance with the West Virginia Department of Education. Duties included directing county school boards on accounting policies, financial statements, school audits and state aid funding.
• Former External Auditor with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Audit experience included investments, banking industry, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies.
• Eleven years state government experience and three years public accounting experience.
